✔ Buyer Pre-Assessment Guidelines
- Buyers may submit any of the following for initial evaluation:Payslip, Certificate of Employment (COE), or Job Contract
- Submission of basic income information is sufficient at this stage
- Documents should be forwarded to your Selling Agent for proper endorsement
- No fees will be collected for buyer pre-assessment or evaluation
- Submitted details will be reviewed and verified within 12 hours
- Site orientations and property inspections are scheduled after evaluation, ensuring a productive and meaningful viewing experience
- All submitted information is handled with strict confidentiality
- Buyer data is used solely for pre-assessment purposes
- Documents are not shared with third parties without buyer consent and are stored in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations
